1185 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use

This document contains the terms and conditions governing the use of the 1185 platform by all users in Malaysia. Please read carefully before registering or using any of our services.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing or using the 1185 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 1185 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any changes to the terms will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.

The 1185 platform may only be used by individuals aged 18 and above. By accepting these terms, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement and are legally entitled to enter into this agreement.

Account Creation and Security

To access the full range of 1185 services, you will need to register a personal account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. You are responsible for ensuring your account information remains current at all times.

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account at any time. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual constitutes a breach of these terms and may result in the termination of all associated accounts.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. 1185 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your own failure to keep your login credentials secure. Please contact us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

User Responsibilities and Platform Usage Rules

By using the 1185 platform, you agree to comply with all rules and guidelines set out herein. You may not use this platform for any purpose that is unlawful, deceptive, disruptive or detrimental to the experience of other users.

Specific prohibitions that apply to all 1185 users include:

  • Using automated software, bots or any unauthorised means to access or exploit the platform.
  • Sharing personal account information with others or using another person's account without authorisation.
  • Attempting to cheat, manipulate game outcomes or exploit technical vulnerabilities on the platform.
  • Distributing harmful, threatening or abusive content through any channel on the platform.
  • Engaging in any activity that could compromise system security or the personal information of other users.

1185 reserves the right to take immediate action, including suspending or terminating the account of any user found to be in violation of the above rules.

Payment and Transaction Information

All financial transactions on the 1185 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Our platform supports a range of local payment methods including bank transfer, Boost, GrabPay and other approved digital payment methods. The list of available payment methods is subject to change from time to time.

Deposits made into a 1185 account are final once confirmed by the system. Users are responsible for ensuring that the amount and transaction details are correct before confirming any payment. 1185 is not liable for transaction errors resulting from inaccurate information provided by the user.

Withdrawals will be processed in accordance with established procedures and may take several business days depending on the chosen withdrawal method. All withdrawal requests are subject to compliance with applicable eligibility requirements and identity verification as may be required by 1185 under applicable legal obligations.

1185 reserves the right to hold or delay the processing of any transaction deemed suspicious pending the outcome of an investigation. Users will be notified of any transaction holds via their registered email address.

Liability Limits and Account Policy

The 1185 platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties as to its reliability, accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. 1185 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including service interruptions due to maintenance or circumstances beyond our control.

Account Suspension and Closure

1185 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account at any time without prior notice where there is evidence of a breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, or on reasonable security grounds. Users whose accounts are terminated due to a breach are not entitled to any compensation.

Users may also request the closure of their own account by contacting 1185 support. Any eligible balance will be returned in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures once all required checks have been completed.

Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links and Changes to Terms

Intellectual Property

All content on the 1185 platform, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads and software, is the exclusive property of 1185 or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws applicable in Malaysia. You may not reproduce, distribute, display or modify any platform content without prior written consent from 1185.

The 1185 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not under our control. 1185 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third-party websites. We encourage users to read the terms and privacy policies of every website they visit.

Changes to Terms and Governing Law

1185 reserves the right to modify, add to or amend these terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia and any disputes arising will be resolved in accordance with the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
